Wow, what a beautiful gentle but powerful experience this was! Charlotte is so warm, gentle and understanding, it was a joy to be in her presence. My body loved the serenity and gentleness. I hope the universe sends me some financial support so I can continue this treatment.

I’ve just completed a course of 12 sessions with Charlotte, this has been a remarkable journey, Charlotte’s energy and professionalism at guiding the body’s flow through the whole of the spine is extraordinary , digestive issues, headaches and emotional trauma have released, I would recommend you have sessions close together to gain the full potential of spinal flow, breathing becomes deeper and stronger with greater clarity and awareness of my body and mind.

I had an amazing 6 sessions with Charlotte and have come away feeling lighter emotionally, less “locked” in my neck and spine and my sciatic pain has significantly reduced. Charlotte is such a lovely person and makes you feel at ease very quickly. I’d highly recommend!

Truly transformational . In a relatively short period Charlotte has been able through Spinal Flow to help my body effectively alleviate the symptoms of my migraine for which I am so grateful 🙏 and the effect on the rest of my central nervous system is noticeable. Just wonderful! Charlotte is passionate about what she does and I felt instantly safe and cared for in her lovely space. She took me through a consultation that helped address my concerns and needs and I felt confident that Spinal Flow would be something that would help me. The session was lovely and I look forward to having more. My neck was looser and I felt less tension in my body. I almost felt taller getting off the couch! I highly recommend Charlotte for her sessions, she does an amazing job.

I always feel rested, relaxed and in less pain after a session with Charlotte. I’m becoming more aware of how my body should be and try to correct it.
